How is neon pricing calculated?+
Neon is priced by width, then adjusted for complexity (text length, lines, logo, colours), acrylic thickness, backboard shape, outdoor upgrades, delivery speed and extras. Acrylic is included in the base price for every neon sign.
Do you offer a custom colour picker?+
No — we use a standard neon palette only (swatches). This keeps mockups consistent with what we can manufacture reliably.
Is acrylic backing included with neon signs?+
Yes. Every neon sign includes a clear acrylic backboard. Thickness starts at 2mm for up to 80cm widths, but medium sizes require a minimum of 3mm for rigidity.
What is the warranty?+
12 months on standard builds. If you’re ordering for outdoor installation, we’ll confirm the correct build and sealing options as part of the quote.
How long does delivery take?+
Standard production is typically 7–10 working days. Express (3–5 working days) and Priority (48–72 hours) options are available where feasible.
Can you install the sign?+
We can provide installation kits and can arrange partner installation in many UK cities. Installation partners are quote-based because site conditions vary.
What does Mockup Studio generate?+
Mockup Studio generates 3–4 realistic variants of your sign in your space (different lighting and reflections) while keeping the sign artwork consistent and manufacturable.
