LED neon flex signs, built with real-world constraints.
Every Filzora neon sign includes a clear acrylic backboard — no “floating” mockups that can’t be manufactured. Choose from our standard colour palette only, and we’ll keep letterforms and icons within the limits of 6mm flex.
Standard neon colour palette
We use swatches only — no unlimited custom colour picker. This keeps the mockups honest and the final build predictable. Up to 2 colours are included. 3+ colours increase complexity and may add a surcharge.

Acrylic backing (always)
Every neon sign is mounted on clear acrylic. Thickness depends on size:
- Up to 80cm: 2mm allowed
- 80–150cm: minimum 3mm
- 150cm+: 4mm+ recommended
6mm flex constraints
We design for real tubing paths:
- Rounded bends only (no sharp corners)
- Simple letterforms; avoid hairline detail
- Recommended minimum letter height: 70–90mm
Clean installs
Mockups and builds include a single thin clear cable with one exit point.
No remotes, dimmers or accessories are shown in mockups.
Ask for an installation kit or partner quote if needed.
